Cool Blue Sleeves

We offer braided and extra thick Cool Blue Sleeves that are made glass fiber.  It is manufactured specifically to protect workers from hot pipes and hoses. It also helps in reducing energy losses. Further, it is the best possible insulation materials with excellent properties.

The braided interior layer of Cool Blue^TM underneath the heavy coating of cool blue silicone rubber is twice as thick as and denser than any of our other heaviest grade of any Sleeve.

Performance rating:

• As per the operating conditions the Cool Blue^TM can lower the outer temperature of a steam hose, which typically operates between 194^oC to approximately 54^oC temperature/ Further, Cool Blue^TM Sleeves can easily be installed on hose assemblies that operates up to 316^oC.
